Bean-pork burger

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g minced pork,
  • 200g boiled beans,
  • 50g onion,
  • Worchester sauce,
  • 1 garlic clove,
  • 1 teaspoon Italian spices,
  • ground black pepper,
  • salt,
  • 4 sourdough hamburger buns (according to this recipe).

Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the minced or melted cooked beans. Add onion, garlic and zest with spices and let stand in the refrigerator for a few hours to mix the flavors.

After few hours form burgers out of the dough with hands soaked in oil and fry them in a heated pan.

Put the finished burgers in a bun and add vegetables according to your own preferences, e.g. salad, tomatoes, red onion, or try your favorite dressings.

Baked potatoes, french fries or sweet potatoes can be used as a side dish, but the side dish is not necessary at all.
