Carrot-celery soup

We need:

  • 7 pcs carrots,
  • 2 pcs parsley,
  • 1/2 celery,
  • 2 pcs onions,
  • 1 tablespoon salt,
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger (or turmeric),
  • 250ml vegan cream,
  • water.

Peel the vegetables and cut them into smaller pieces. Put in a pot of water and cook until soft. Then add the cream, season and mix completely smoothly using a stick mixer. We can drizzle on the plate with olive oil or balsamic. Bon appetite!
