Chickpea-avocado porridge

Soak the dried chickpeas in water the day before. The next day, pour the water and cook the chickpeas for about 60 minutes. Strain the cooked chickpeas and pour them into a bowl. You can skip this step if you have canned chickpeas.

Cocoa mousse

At least 12 hours in advance, pour hot water into smaller pieces cut dried figs in a smaller bowl so that the water is not unnecessarily much, but enough to immerse the figs completely. After 12 hours or the next day, the figs should already be soaked enough. You don't have to pour out the rest of the water, but if there isn't much, feel free to add it to the recipe.

Homemade sushi

Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package and let it cool down. When it is cold, we spread the rice on the algae evenly. About 4 cm from the lower edge of the algae, make a fine line of Wasabi paste. Place the sliced salmon in about 1 cm strips and also the avocado. Under slight pressure, we roll up and cut with a knurled knife on wheels. Serve with soy sauce or chili sauce. Bon appetite!

Tvarohovo-avokádová nátierka

Na približne 4 porcie potrebujeme: 1 zrelé avokádo, 250g tvarohu (obsah tuku je na vás), 50g sušených paradajok, 1 cibuľa (50-75g), 5 strúčikov cesnaku, čierne korenie mleté, sladká paprika mletá, soľ. Postup: Avokádo prekrojíme napoly, vyberieme kôstku a lyžičkou vydlabeme dužinu do misky. Pridáme tvaroh, sušené paradajky, na väčšie kúsky nakrájanú cibuľu a vopred rozpučený

Raw kakaový puding bez cukru

Na 2 porcie: 1 zrelé avokádo (ready to eat), 2 stredne veľké zrelé banány, 1PL kakaa, polovica bieleho tofu – 90g (nepovinné). Avokádo prekrojíme na polovicu, odstránime kôstku a dužinu vydlabeme. Ďalej olúpeme a na kolieska pokrájame banán. Tofu nakrájame na kocky. Všetko vložíme do mixéra a pridáme kakao. Poriadne rozmixujeme až kým nevznikne hustý
