Egg oat tortilla

 

We need for 1 piece:

  • 1 egg,
  • 30g oat flour or mixed oat flakes,
  • pinch of salt.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl together into one mass and pour on a heated non-stick pan, or use a drop of olive oil until a finished tortilla is formed.

Such a tortilla is suitable sweetly as a pancake or salted as a wrap. Unlike a classic tortilla or pancake, it contains less carbohydrates.
